I would like to share with you my family's experience and commitment to the pool industry. I am currently a Florida state certified pool builder and recipient of many national and local awards, and I've worked hard for my success.

In 1976, I started as a laborer for Anthony Pools in Phoenix AZ, the largest pool company in the country. I trained in all phases of pool construction and customer relations. This experience went from the end of a shovel to a 90lb. jackhammer and eventually to sales presentations.

I believe that being involved physically in every aspect of construction gives you the best experience in the world. Refining my skills in the industry helped me learn two very important lessons...how to work with the best home builders in the area and, more importantly, how to listen to what the customer really wants and expects of our company.

After working for 10 years in Arizona, I moved to south Florida to join my mother and sister, where I became a subcontractor.

I built Coast to Coast Pools, Inc. in Sarasota from a tiny office in my closet into the best and largest pool builder on the west coast of Florida. We built pools for all of the nation's largest home builders such as: U.S. Homes, Lennar Homes, Ryland Homes, Centex Homes, Nohl Crest Homes, Rutenberg Homes, Tivoli Homes, Westfield Homes, John Cannon Homes, Todd Johnston Homes, Kimball Hill Homes, and for several thousand private homeowners as well.

I sold Coast To Coast Pools in February 05 to fulfill another goal and dream, to retire at the age of 50, and moved to nearby Sebring. Enjoying my short-lived retirement, I took a cross country tour in a motor-home to visit family and friends. But life back in Sebring became too quiet, so I decided to continue in the pool industry with the ability and gift I was blessed with.

I started a new company, Midstate Pools Inc., where I am committed to building the best pools in the area at a fair value. I will continue the dream and tradition. Our philosophy is simple. Our main goal is to personally assure you that your investment of time and money has been well spent. It is also protected by our word and backed with 30 years experience in the industry

My mother and my entire family have been a major support factor in fulfilling my dream. What makes our family a success in the pool industry is that from the initial meeting we personally sit with every customer to design his or her pool. All plans are done by computer, to leave no margin for error.

We know that you had a choice of many other pool builders in the area and we feel privileged to have earned your business. Our family is committed to making you a part of our extended family.
